Usually a tripped high limit, a failed heater element, or low flow from a dirty filter or a failing circulation pump. We test the heater, the flow switch and the control board on the first visit.
A heater element with a ground fault, a pump motor drawing too much current, a wet component, or a worn GFCI breaker. We isolate the circuit that trips and replace the part, not the whole board.
Air locks, failed bearings, a seized impeller, or a bad relay on the control board. Most pumps are replaced in a single visit.
Every brand reports faults differently. We carry the manuals and the common parts for the major brands, so the code is read and the cause is confirmed, not guessed.
Pump seals, heater unions, jet bodies, manifold fittings and cracked plumbing. We find the source with the cabinet open and dye testing, and repair at the fitting rather than tearing out plumbing.
Dead topside panels, unresponsive buttons, failed relays and lighting faults, with board level diagnosis before any replacement is recommended.

Yes. Our repair program was built by a Hot Spring factory trained founder with 14 years on every major brand, and our technicians work to that standard: Caldera, Jacuzzi, Sundance, Bullfrog, Master Spas and more.
We repair the spa's own components. Connecting or disconnecting the spa from the home's electrical service is done by a licensed electrician, and we work with electricians in both Traverse City and Grand Rapids who can be on the same job.
Usually yes if the shell and the cabinet are sound. A new heater, pump or board costs a fraction of a new spa and typically buys five or more years. We will tell you plainly if a spa is not worth the money.
No. Repairs are open to everyone in our Michigan service area. Members get priority scheduling.
