I hired this company for about a year to maintain multiple hot tubs and an in-ground pool at my rental properties. They were more expensive than most local providers, but I was willing to pay a premium for reliability, professionalism, and consistent service aligned with guest check-in schedules.
That trust was a mistake.
After several months, guests began complaining that the hot tubs were filthy, with cloudy and even green water. Concerned, I started monitoring the service visits more closely—only to discover that technicians were billing me for maintenance they were not performing at all. To confirm this, I intentionally scheduled service for a specific time when I was on-site. Unsurprisingly, no one showed up… yet I was still charged.
I contacted the owner, Cody, and provided camera footage clearly proving that his technicians never came to the property while charging me for service. His response was dismissive and indifferent. He never followed up, never took responsibility, and never refunded me for four separate maintenance visits that never happened.
This company is not just unprofessional—it is dishonest. Charging customers for services you don’t perform is unacceptable and unethical. I terminated them immediately and would strongly warn anyone managing rentals or pools to stay far away unless you enjoy paying for work that never gets done.
Such a great company! Extremely kind and knowledgeable! We needed help with our swim spa and they came out and got it into top condition for us. What took me months to (never 🥴) figure out, they did in a day or two! Highly recommend for your spa service needs!

Fortunately we were able to set up a delivery within a week! Alex and his teammate delivered the spa flawlessly today! 🤗 Would recommend to anyone for all of their spa needs!
